IMPACT OF ATV TOURISM ACTIVITIES (All Terrain Vehicle) ON THE ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF THE COMMUNITY IN SINGAPADU KALER VILLAGE

Abstrak

Abstract: This research analyzes the impact of ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) tourism activities on the economic conditions of the community in Singapadu Kaler Village, Gianyar Regency. This research aims to identify existing tourism conditions, tourist characteristics, as well as the direct, indirect and secondary economic impacts of ATV tourism activities. The research uses mixed methods with qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to tourists, business owners, and workers involved in ATV tourism. The research results show that ATV tourism has a positive economic impact on local communities through increasing income, employment, and developing small businesses that support ATV tourism. However, there are challenges in managing sustainability, such as environmental damage and potential conflicts between business actors. This research recommends integrated management involving the government, community and business actors to support the sustainability of ATV tourism
